Withdrawal and returns

Both private individuals and professionals sell on Amber Road. The right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code applies only when a consumer buys from a professional seller. For problems with an order (card not arrived, wrong, in worse condition…) the report procedure described in the Terms is always available.

1. When it applies

  • Purchases from professional sellers (accounts with a VAT number): if you are a consumer you have 14 days from receiving the cards to withdraw without giving any reason (arts. 52 and following of the Consumer Code).
  • Purchases from private sellers: the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code does not apply. Amber Road's report procedure and the rights under the Civil Code remain available.

2. How to withdraw

Inform the seller of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of receipt, with an explicit statement sent through the order chat or to [EMAIL]. You can use the model withdrawal form: [MODULO DI RECESSO].

[RETURN PROCEDURE: to be defined. The Site currently handles returns and refunds only through the report procedure with a staff decision; a dedicated withdrawal flow is needed.]

3. Returning the cards

Send the cards back to the seller's return address within 14 days of notifying your withdrawal, with a tracked method and protected as they arrived. Return shipping costs are borne by you, unless otherwise agreed with the seller [TO VERIFY].

You are liable for any loss of value of the cards resulting from handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature and characteristics (for example opening a slab).

4. Refund

The refund covers the price of the cards and the cost of standard shipping and is made within 14 days of notifying your withdrawal, with the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund may be withheld until the cards are back with the seller or until you prove you have sent them back.

5. Legal guarantee

On purchases from professional sellers you also have the legal guarantee of conformity (arts. 128 and following of the Consumer Code). On purchases from private sellers you can use the report procedure within 48 hours of receipt. [TO VERIFY: coordination between the legal guarantee and the 48-hour window.]
