Amber Road only uses technical cookies, needed for the Site to work. We do not use analytics, profiling or advertising cookies, nor third-party tracking tools: this is why we don't ask for your consent (Italian Data Protection Authority guidelines of 10 June 2021). 1. Cookies we use

  • sb-…-auth-token (may be split into several parts): keeps you signed in to your account. Duration: up to 400 days, renewed when you use the Site; deleted when you sign out.
  • sb-…-code-verifier: temporary cookie used only to complete Google sign-in; deleted once sign-in is complete.
  • NEXT_LOCALE: remembers the Site language you chose. Duration: 1 year.
  • theme: remembers the light or dark theme, if you change it. Duration: 1 year.

They are all first-party cookies, set by Amber Road's domain.

2. Third-party services

Payment takes place on Stripe's page, which uses its own cookies for payment and fraud prevention. If you sign in with Google, Google's sign-in page uses its own cookies. These cookies are governed by Stripe's and Google's policies.

Fonts are served directly from our domain: no requests to external services while browsing.

3. How to manage them

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Without the sign-in cookie you cannot stay signed in to your account; without the others, the Site uses the default language and theme.
